Lessons Learned

We learned a lot from looking at what their competitors were doing, breaking down their strategies and documenting them. We ultimately took the best ideas from a variety of sources.

The Design Process

The design process was simple and straight forward. We asked a lot of good questions, did some competitive analysis and produced designs with best practices baked in.
